By using Bynem you agree to the rules below. They were written in plain language on purpose.
1. Who can use it
Anyone can take the public quizzes, with or without an account. Creating content, saving results or subscribing to premium requires an account with truthful information. People under 18 should use the platform with a guardian's supervision.
2. User-created content
You remain the owner of what you write and grant us only the licence needed to display and distribute that content inside the platform. Publish only material you have the right to use: do not copy copyrighted exams, coursebooks or question banks. Content reported as improper copying may be removed.
3. Community conduct
Posting offensive, discriminatory, illegal or misleading content is not allowed, nor is using the platform for spam, disguised advertising or attempts to bypass the service's security. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed.
4. Plans and subscription
The free plan gives access to every public quiz and is supported by ads. The premium plan is charged per period and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your subscription area and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Payments are processed by an external payment provider; we do not store your card details.
5. Content accuracy
Bynem is a study-support tool. The quizzes are not official exams and do not replace the official notice, the legislation or the bibliography indicated by the examining board. Despite the authors' care, questions may contain errors: if you find one, use the report button and we forward it to the person responsible.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service online, but it may be unavailable due to maintenance or factors beyond our control. We may change features and these terms; relevant changes will be announced on the platform and the version in force is always the one published on this page.
