Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Bynem lets you study without creating an account. In that case we collect no personal data beyond the usage statistics described below. When you create an account we store your email, username and whatever you choose to add to your profile (photo, bio and social links). We also store your results, favourites and study goals to build your dashboard.
2. Ads (Google AdSense)
To keep the site free we show Google AdSense ads to visitors and free-plan accounts. Google may use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites and to measure campaign performance. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info/choices. Premium subscribers never see ads.
3. Usage statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, time on page, device type). This information is anonymised and only serves to improve the service. Google Analytics also uses cookies; you can block it with the official browser opt-out add-on.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and third-party cookies (Google) for ads and statistics, as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features (such as staying signed in) may then stop working.
5. Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)
Under the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and equivalent regulations, you may at any time request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Deleting your account removes your profile and related data. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us at the email shown on the plans page.
6. Changes
This policy may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.
